LEVEL IV & V
Judging for Levels IV and V will be between 8:30-11:30 on Friday, March 28th.
All Level IV & V schools need to arrive by 8:15 .
As soon as we are finished with judging, we will hold the awards ceremony for those two levels.

LEVEL III
Judging for Levels III will be after the Level IV and V awards ceremony on Friday, March 28th. We would like for schools to arrive by 11:30.
As soon as we are finished, we will hold the awards ceremony.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
​
Parents will not check in their student at the registration desk. The designated school sponsor will have the information you need for the day.
​
​
Due to the University of Montevallo being on Spring Break the week of the fair, there will be no dining facilities open. You may want to have students bring snacks for the day.
The competition will be held in the
Robert M. McChesney Student Activity Center.

Once your registration spreadsheet is completed, please email us at actestate@gmail.com.
You will then receive an invoice.
If you need a different date, on the invoice, or your school needs a 2025 W9, please email actestate@gmail.com.
